Export Clearance Process with AAMS Logistics
Preparation of Export Documents
Collection of mandatory documents from the exporter, such as:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading or Airway Bill
- Export Order/Letter of Credit (if applicable)
- IEC Code (Importer Exporter Code)
- Certificate of Origin (if required)
- Any specific licenses, permits, or certificates based on the product.
- Verification of documents for accuracy and compliance with customs and trade requirements.
Registration with Customs
- Filing of a Shipping Bill, the key document for export clearance, through the Indian Customs Electronic Data Interchange System (ICES).
